Thank you for your consideration in joining our event! We are looking forward to networking with various Businesses, Non-Profits, Organizations, and Clubs, to inform our Heroes of the resources they have available to them! Please fill out the form to be considered to be invited to this event. Formal approval of your business involvement is subject to the decision of the Hero’s Services board. We want to gather reputable and active non-profits/businesses for the Expo, and the form below is designed to introduce our Businesses and initiate conversations. This does not mean the form below will automatically invite the business to the event.

Please note this event is primarily focused on networking and fundraising is not a priority for this event. Due to the nature of this event, we do have associated venue/ vendor fees and overhead costs that will need to be paid. We are asking for the businesses and non profit’s to pay a registration fee to assist with these cost’s. All money collected from sponsorship and registration fees will be spent on the event itself and not retained by Hero Services. During the event we expect that no organization will be fundraising during the event hours. Hero Services retains the rights for any and all merchandise and beverage sales at the event. Please note we are looking into the possibilities of having beer/ seltzers for sale on site. We freely allow and highly encourage give-a-way items (free items) such as flier’s, pamphlet’s, merchandise, and anything else you may want to give away in your marketing efforts.
