Are you willing to commit to this event ( Held on September 13) and the scrimmage (on August 09)? Our expectation is that you will make whatever scheduling arrangements necessary to attend. The day of the event, we will require 1 hour of assistance in setting up for the event. Plan on arriving at the event at approximately 5 PM and the game lasting until 10 PM. First Pitch will be at 7 PM. Time frame for the scrimmage on August 9th is TBD however plan on afternoon or evening timeframe. *
